Do I need to know anything about AI to work with you?
Not at all. That is genuinely my job. You bring the expertise and the vision for your business. I handle the technical side and make sure you understand exactly how everything works without needing a computer science degree to follow along.
Can I start with the audit and move into a retainer or buildout later?
Absolutely. A lot of my clients start with the audit or the buildout and then move into an ongoing retainer once we have established a foundation together. There is no pressure to commit to anything beyond what you are ready for right now.
What does the implementation playbook actually include?
It is a complete written guide to your AI system: what tools are in use, how they connect, what each automation does, and how to manage and update things going forward. The goal is that you could hand it to someone else and they would know exactly how to run it. It is not a vague overview. It is a real, usable document.
Do you work with businesses outside the creative industry?
Yes. My primary focus is female-owned creative businesses, including makers, stationery brands, photographers, coaches, course creators, and designers. How long does a project or retainer typically last?
The AI Systems Buildout is a project-based engagement that runs a minimum of three months, and often longer depending on the scope and complexity of your business. Good systems take time to build properly, and I would rather do it right than rush it. The Growth Strategy Intensive and AI Opportunity Audit are single-session engagements with a deliverable after. Retainers are ongoing by nature and reviewed quarterly. We will always talk through timelines before you commit to anything.
